Episode 22: Downtown Halifax Covid 19 Report # 10, May 19, 2020

A conversation with Dr. Leanne Roach and Dr. Kelsey Bonang from Insight Optometry. Dr. Roach and Dr. Bonang are going to share with us the challenges that Insight Optometry has faced during the pandemic situation, and how they have had to pivot their practice and business to adjust to physical distancing.

Paul MacKinnon, CEO of Downtown Halifax Business Commission, is back to give us updates on the Nova Scotia Business Labour Economic Coalition along with DHBC’s latest advocacy efforts.

We’ll also review what businesses are up to since the State of Emergency was declared back in March, and we’ll finish with some updates regarding What’s Open for business in Downtown Halifax, and how you can stay connected with the Downtown Halifax community in this time of physical distancing.
