In this episode we learn Dr. Jenn’s own story in terms of identity but also delving deep in her healing journey with difficult periods, endometriosis, c-section and early menopause. Her personal experience as added to her professional experience in helping women have smooth transition in menopause and aging. I love this episode because Jenn is a genius at breaking down the phases of menopauses. She also highlights the emotional side of menopause as important as the physical aspect. Jenn offers us beautiful metaphors to describe that changes aren’t always bad, and her passion for empowering women going through menopause. After listening to this menopause, I was like: Bring on menopause!
