Gretchen Rubin’s book ‘Life in Five Senses’ details the journey of finding one’s mindfulness through taste, touch, smell, sight, and hearing- those abilities which are integral to our navigating the world, but which often go unappreciated or even unnoticed. This episode sees us discuss the book through a Solacene lens, as well as sharing our own ‘sense self portraits’, and sharing some other relevant mindfulness books.
