Laura Banks is the co-founder of Level 7 Leadership – an international leadership development group that works with millennial social impact entrepreneurs to develop their leadership skills and personal resilience so that they can take on the world’s to-do list – minus the burnout.
Laura has a different take on what it means to be an effective leader. She believes that good leadership starts with effectively leading oneself. That’s why she focuses on how mindset, attitude and context dictate how one shows up as a leader in their life and in their organization.
Laura is a certified leadership coach, a seasoned meditator and an avid rock climber currently living and working out of Cape Town, South Africa. She’s dedicated her life to the pursuit of being unstoppable and “having it all” – a thriving business, a life of adventure, and enjoying the rollercoaster ride that is life – while partnering with others to do the same.
When she’s not co-hosting The Leadership Gap podcast with her co-founder and husband Jon, you’ll find her philosophizing over life’s biggest questions, dreaming about her next international adventure or coaxing stray cats.
