A business mentor of mine once taught me to make business decisions based off my capacity.
That was four years ago.
Today, I work with my patients to achieve the same goal: to manage their capacity to adapt.
To do this, we have to take into account both external factors, and internal factors for change. We take into account where we are at in our cycles, and we take into account the timeline of what we are trying to achieve.
In short, we have to be aware of our body’s capacity in order to understand how well we are able to adapt to scenarios.
