Employers and Employees must do their part to build a strong emotional connection approach in the workplace! We had the amazing opportunity to have Renee Eaton, a leader and facilitator in support of using an emotional connection approach in the workplace. Expressing ourselves is important and we must do it in a way that will show action afterwards. Sometimes it’s hard to hear feedback and Renee shares how we can improve by listening and reflecting on why the individual feels this way.
