We’ve all heard that you should dress for the job you want, not the job you have and that adopting the mentality of the type of person you want to be can help you achieve that goal faster, and that is true. But when it comes to health and wellness goals, and even financial goals, it’s important to really assess the person you are NOW and make your goals based on the foundation you have already created.
