Fantasy Island (w/Everything I Learned from Movies)

2020, you’re the worst!

This week, Nathan and Brendan (along with Steve and Izzy of Everything I Learned from Movies) continue their onslaught against the raging garbage fire that was 2020 by discussing the nonsensical Blumhouse horror adaptation of Fantasy Island. They discuss the film appearing as if multiple TV episodes were crammed into a 109-minute movie, they debate if Michael Pena was miscast (and the guests have an alternate choice for the role), Steve has many questions about the high school therapist who looks like a professional wrestler and much, much more. Plus: stay tuned to the very end for a fantastic blooper.

The guys also drop a hint for next week’s 2020-released movie (“five years in the making…oops!”). Check on Facebook or Twitter on Monday for the reveal!
